Which Oxy Sensor do I need to replace.

I am looking to order an Oxy sensor online but I don't know which one it is I need to replace. This the is the code I pulled



Which part do I need to order.

Some experts (I am not an expert) suggest replacing all 4 O2 sensors with the same brand at the same time. Make sure you don't buy the O2 sensors intended for the older Boxster - different connector.Bosch seem to be the most popular brand.I would give you a link to the correct items on the Pelican Parts site but their link is not working for me.

Is bank 1 driver or passenger side....and how do you know it is bank1...doesn't the OBD code usually say that but I don't see it in this case.

At $200 plus a sensor, I am trying to see if I can get away with finding the bad sensor only... If that doesn't work I may have to do that.

You can fins the sensors way cheaper if you get the bosch part number. As i recall, all the sensors use the same bosch part on this car

Since this is a very easy DYI , I do them one at a time. No sense replacing something that works and will tell you when its not working.

Wow...this is all real good information....I will order the bosch number 15182 Oxygen Sensor for my 2001 boxster...its about 1/3 the price. Replace Bank 1. THanks a bunch

Guys....thanks for all the valuable help. Per your feedback, I got two bosch oxy sensors for a total of $142 replacing both fron sensors. It was a piece of cake and took $20 minutes. Most of the time was spent getting it on the ramp. :-) You all saved me a bunch of money. Thanks again for your great advice. This is why I love this forum.
