Durametric question

I'm looking for an enthusiast durametric tool with at least 2 cars left, and I think I've found one. The seller sent me this picture to validate that it has 2 cars left. I don't quite know how to read it yet, can someone please help me validate that this has 2 cars left that are available? Thanks in advance
