The OP is in a very wet area. If the car was stored outside ....There are some threads on opening the Immobilizer and drying it with acetone in desperation.
If it is totally dry in the floor under the seats , Search for "Initialization" and try that.
If that does not work ,it is back to basics - fuel pressure test,CEL codes.
