Yes. Pull the hazard button face and small grille on the left and remove the screw behind each. Pull the hazard switch straight out. Lift entire gauge pod assembly up, then release the hazard switch connector retaining clip and pull it down and out of the pod.
Release the 3 cam lock connectors on the back of the cluster and the whole assembly is now free.
