LN Engineering Filter Conversion - Current Opinions

Now that this has been on the market for a while, I'm curious to know how folks like the kit, and if there have been any issues/failures using it. It's been a while since I've seen the topic, so I figured I'd prompt a new update.

Totally satisfied with mine for 13k miles and 2 oil changes. Quality is top notch. Installed per instructions and have had no leaks or loosening of the adaptor. Eliminating the stock filter bypass is in itself good enough reason to upgrade, but with the addition of a filtermag I am convinced I am providing the cleanest oil to the engine, of course this is only my opinion. The only downside is having to cut the can to inspect the filter, but this is minor. I highly recommend.

We have literally dozens of customer cars running them, totally without incident, and some for many years now. I run them on both of my personal cars as well.

I....

....absolutely LOVE mine.

Lets me run Napa Gold 1348 or Wix51348 spin-on oil filters.

And it came with the "IMS Solution" when Jake Baby installed it for me.

Two years and 13,000 miles. so far, so good.

Me too, have been running it for the last few years, note the standard non-ims solution spin on adapter takes wix 51042 and equivalents.
