That was about a year ago. I can't find the FREE valve stem caps at the moment.
It seems they come and go, my old seller doesn't have them. Here's a seller that is vending the center caps at the moment. Hong Kong and low feedback:

I'm going to get a bunch of red S's and stick them all over my '99s

Great, nobody is going to buy my old OEM ones now....
