P0600

OK so after months of searching for a rain leak. Stripping the dash and heater box out to repair it. Putting it all back meticulously, I now have a fault. I have started the car probably 5 or 6 times since it all went back together with absolutely no problems, then today while making room for a much older project , I left the porsche running and she suddenly stopped. Everything lights up OK, I can hear pumps running but she will not turn over at all. NOTHING. Obd 2 shows a code of p0600 which when Google comes up as an ECU problem but other than that, I do not have a clue.
Any help would be appreciated.
