owners manuals

Other than ebay and the dealership, are there electronic copies out there?

The real challenge is to find the Factory Repair Manual with all the updates.
Most of the CD/pdf manuals are from 1996 but with only 19 updates of ? a hundred maybe ? So in effect they are 1998?
