Tire Selection for 987.2 Base Boxster - 2009 MY 17" Rims

Question - why are you having a problem getting those sizes? PS2's come in those sizes - I put those exact sizes on my 987.2 this fall and love them to bits. Way better than the Continentals IMO.

205/55 ZR17 and 235/50 ZR17 - total price was around a grand CAD. Michelin Pilot Sport PS2.

Road noise was less and way more grip and stability.

That was exactly the problem - I want the PS2s. I am able to get the Rears but the Fronts 205/55 ZR17 are back ordered everywhere here in the US. I checked with Discount Tire, Costco, Tirerack etc.
