Broken Tranny Mount at the Casing

So I was working on a reservoir replacement and had to remove the braces and shield to reconnect the hoses on the firewall. As soon as we got the shield off my buddy said "you should take a look at this". It looks as if the lower mounting point of the transmission mount has broken off on the drivers side. Has this happened to anyone else, what are my options?
