Shame on you for walking away from the 8 series! One of those is on my dream list... However, we own both the 986, a E64 and a E38 as well as a B7, and as a previous owner of a E34, they are all true driving machines. The fact that BMWUSA is practically giving away the base 3 series makes is humorous to those among us who are true car lovers and not just playing with daddy's $$. Though I will plead the 5th when it comes to doing a little taunting I know when it's time to just leave them all behind. ;-)
