The Distressed Look
What do you think of the latest look in vehicle wraps?
Those are brand new GT-3's underneath the wraps. There are several others and they also make them for other cars.

Not a big fan. It might be fun for a week or two beyond that not sure why you'd pay good money to make your car look old and distressed. Maybe what's next is making your new car look like a rat rod. To each his own and got give it to for coming up with the idea.

It's totally poser. Reminds me of those guys that drive their 4x4's around with a few inches of caked-on mud. Look at me, I drive my truck off-road. Look at me, I'm a race car driver...

I don't get it. I have always liked the Martini or Rothman's liveries on Porsche's. I can't see spending that kind of money. Vintage yes, old not so much.

I've been waiting for the matte look 'to fade'. I suppose this is the next craze. Not impressed. What a waste of several thousand dollars.

Hello,
like the idea, but i think it's too much and it doesn't fit to a brand new car. Should look more natural and should have a more natural worn look. Reminds me more of a computer game design, than a real worn race car.
But maybe that will cause somebody else be not careful with you car – slams his door in your door at shopping mall, etc.

Hmmm, I just picture the look on the face of
1.) my wife
2.) my family
3.) my neighbours
4.) the dealership mechanics
5.) and Mr. police man
hmm...THAT IS A MUST HAVE 
P.S.: looks best with black wheels, i guess. But why wrap. just gimme a hammer, a screwdriver, black/gray/brown paint...and in no time i weather any looks..."only dead fish go down-/mainstream"

Yes, wrapping a car will cost $2,000 - $4,000. Quite cheap when compared to an equivalent custom paint job but still expensive enough that its not something that you'd do every 6 months just for fun.

this seems a bit high to me... I know more than a few people in the Chicagoland area that will do it for 1-2k on a boxster. I was thinking about wrapping mine matte grey a while back so I was shopping around and the most expensive quote I got was 2k

Like paint, wrap prices span quite a wide range. I was quoting a high-end custom graphics wrap like the ones in the photos.
