everyone says wet nope! car has ben in a climate controlled garage same as previous owner. A new unit is coming in this week. It never worked, the keys had no guts in them for years. it just recently would go off by itself. I see rebuilds on line fro 400- 800 but I have the car sold and must make it right. Its a Porsche dealer and they are never cheap. I know the owner and GM it has a great rep for doing fine work and not ripping anyone off. Tkx for the suggestions. and for the record I never wash cars I only use dry wash and guard. Plus this car has not been in rain for many years.
