She flies back out next week to see the place again and make an offer. If it's accepted I fly out to do the inspection.

She's flying back as I type. Loves the house. We fly back out next week or make a cross country drive out of it. We will get an offer in by mid next week. It's in Bristol. Guess I'll make some work inquiries.

Be forewarned, the traffic around here has been nucking futs for the past few days as summer tourist season is starting to ramp up. I put the top down and went into Newport for lunch with my workmates today and I don't think I ever got out of second gear.

Its a good time to be here, seems like this summer might be a warm one. Great beach weather! There is Matunuck Oyster Bar and the Post Office Café. East Greenwich is very nice too lots of shops and restaurants and not too congested. Don't forget, to look up local PCA chapter, and there is the Taunton Crew that meet every other Sunday morning, mostly Porsches but also Ferrari, Lotus, Citroen (yes we have 1 of those).

I'm going to drive down to the Taunton Cars and Coffee tomorrow morning. Look forward to meeting Dino and everyone else.
