SPRING Time - Prep Question

Hey guys, well Spring is right around the corner for us Canadian's who live in the snow. Even though snow is still here but the temps are starting to stay above 0C I was thinking of getting the car out of outdoor storage (no screaming at me, lol).

I was wondering if there is anything I should be aware of when taking the car out of winter outdoor storage when its still kind of cold out? What do you recommend?
