It looks a lot like the $19.95 Chineese Durametric knock-offs and since it mentions "Durametic Service" but is not specifically an authentic Durametric product I would assume that its a Knock-off and not pay more than $25 including shipping for it.
There is no reason a used authentic Durametric with one VIN left, would not sell for $100 so if its a lot cheaper than that its probably a knockoff.
