I live in RI usually take mine out april/may once sand and salt has disappeared. I have replaced too many windshields on my other cars. Don't want my 986 getting sand blasted.

the salt is gone in the Boston area . I have been driving my 996 on nice days and will drive it this whole weekend . i will take the Boxster out of storage at the end of march .

Still been having low temps but roads are defiantly clear of salt. Once we have a solid week of warm temps here in MA I plan to take the boxster out really can't wait!

Planning to get the box out of storage Sunday. Looking pretty nice here in Mass for next week. No real chance of snow in the long range forecast. Can't wait!

Over the weekend mine got dressed for the track. New front lower control arms, tie rods, sway bar drop links, and front lower bumper lip. The oil and filter, were replaced, new brake pad, and a brake fluid flush. I get the track inspection next week and head for VIR the week after that.
