Replacement pedal covers

The original rubber covers to my brake and clutch pedals were very worn so I bought some new ones. The old ones came off without issue, but I can't get the new ones on to save my life. Has anyone replaced these before? If there was better access I think I could get them on but it's pretty difficult to get both hands in there. I may have to find a way to heat them so they stretch or something.

Garage
Let us know if you succeed and your method. I'm thinking of replacing mine too.

Spray wax or spray detailer, and you can use a small hook tool to help get it on. Warming it up in some hot water can help it be more flexible.
