Convertible top liner question

Hi guys, been a lurker for a long time, thanks for learnin' me about my 2004 986 base.

Quick question, and yes I've done extensive searching on this forum and in general over the internet.

My 986 was in poor condition when I bought it, not mechanical, mostly cosmetic. Easy stuff to fix and I got a screaming deal on it, so i've been slowly buying parts from used parts houses and repairing it to my liking.

The convertible top was changed before I bought the car, but the PO left off or lost the interior top liner. Found one for cheap on eBay. From the looks of things, is this a simple "mount the plastic retainer clips to the roof ribs" and call it good? Very little information out there on the liner replacement. Am I oversimplifying it?

What say ye experts?
