Saw this parked near my house. Not a fan of the body armour but otherwise it's a cool car.

As much as I want to like this car, I hate it. BMW should've stuck a v10/turbo v10/turbo v8 in it.

Great car but I worry that the styling is already out of date. The open channel rear quarter panels that were revolutionary in 2009 on the Efficient Dynamics concept car have now been completely outdone with the flying buttress design of the new Ford GT. The net effect in 2015 is that the i8 with its blue accents is starting to look like an old Chevy Volt.
Otherwise, I like the idea of a dedicated sport efficient car and this one still has enough cool factor to turn heads.

Hmmmm, above looks more like Angry Autobot Transformer on the left and classic Porsche Sports car styling on the right.
Guess I'm a bit biased though.
