It is true that the ECU is a learning system, but once you modify all of the stock components to aftermarket it does change how air is coming into the engine and in turn fuel/air mixtures will go off. thats why a lot of techs dont like doing upgrades to vehicles without using a Dyno to tweak air/fuel mixtures.
The reason I suggest it and have done it 3 times in two years is because I want the car to run right.....and not trust what Porsche thinks the ECU should be doing, thats why its called tweaking.
And FYI the learning ECU only does so much, it ultimatly needs to be modified to see peak performance.
