Here ya go Jimbo; The first pic is of the rubber bumpers. You can see the spiral cut that works as screw threads, clockwise shortens. use these to adjust hood height. Top of hood should be approx 1/16" below top of bumper, use credit card to check. This will keep wind noise down. since yours is hard to close this may fix your problem.
The next photo shows the 2 bolts that need to be loosened (just loose enough to move, don't remove) to move the latch assembly. Just pull the liner back to expose. It will make it easier if you pull the plastic trim piece from between the frunk and the bumper and expose the latch, but is not necessary.
Adjust the latch where just a firm push closes the hood. You may want to also check that the gap along the sides of the hood are right also. Let me know if you need more. Good Luck and enjoy.
