Custom wind deflector.

I'm working on a wind deflector and filling panel under roll bar.

Any thoughts.

Come up with a great idea and quality product and you can sell it on the forum. I've seen it done and bought the (awesome) products.

I tried something similar last winter, to make a single panel to replace the centre deflector and the clip in pices that fit in the roll bar. I had it made of .0125" plexi, and it didn't fit bad, but I couldn't get the roll bar padding to hold it in the way I wanted and gave up on the project.
I hope you have better luck than I did.

Well, should the lower in- fill be Plex or alum?

You all want to keep carpet too?
Thx m

Ps. What are people's thoughts on the stock roll bar pads?

At this point I have first gen working parts.
Under roll bar is "inside" lower bar support just up against eng bay lid, w alum 90 bar @ carpet anchoring points.
Upper section is "behind" roll bar.

Well forming is about heat and proper location of anchoring points.
& well I have no problems drilling holes...

I vote someone create/design a windscreen mesh insert replacement! I'm in dire need of a set but cant justify paying my soul for 2 pieces of plastic with a bunch of little holes in it.

...for those rollbar mesh inserts. But it was my new toy and I also told my wife her hair wouldn't get messed up as much if I bought them That worked!
