There was a speedster replica (VW titled) out at COTA for an auction during the vintage races. It had mexico plates like that one. It might be the same car.

I'm jealous! I'd love to get my hands on a good speedster replica someday.
Turns out those were being delivered to an exotic classics shop around the corner.
The shop focuses mostly on older Ferraris and Lambos, but apparently takes on the occasional Porsche.
