Drop a 3.6 or a V8 in a Boxster and I bet it would do well against the other cars

I could not get an additional $80K worth of enjoyment out of any car over the box even if I paid $250K for a new car.

With the 3.6, big brakes, updated suspension, and weight loss these cars are faster on track than a lot of more expensive cars.

What I liked is that the Boxster with a few simple modifications was able to run all day long and was the writers tool to learn the track. What other 11 year car can you do that with. Not many.
