I've had both good and bad experiences with paintless dent removal, and have come to a belief that the quality of the result will hugely come down to the skill of whoever is doing the work. So you might ask around in your area to find out who is best to do it and familiar with our cars. (Don't try to find who is cheapest, etc).

Luckily, I had great results with it in my boxster. All dents removed. First car I've owned that doesn't have a single ding!

There are glue-pull techniques I know some PDR guys can do, which might be applicable in your situation. Haven't seen it myself or really understand it, but they took out a ding in my door next to the pinch weld with it - (where I believe the back side was inaccessible.)
