Ok; just thought I would share my experience. Decided to order a wood Dash kit off of ebay for my 02 Boxster S, Free Delivery $111. Not looking to use the whole kit but add some wood highlights in key places. The kit arrived this past Tuesday, and after work went out in the garage to start installation. Cleaned the places with alcohol and pulled off the first piece and held it in place before peeling adhesive.....it was 1/2 inch to short. Pulled off the 2nd piece(center console) about 1/4 inch to long, lock hole was completely out of alignment. Pulled off side mirror piece....about 3/8 inch to small all the way around.....
Put them all back on the board slid back into box and shipped them back today. This was a company out of Brooklyn, NY
Let me know if anyone has a better recommendation for some wood trim.
