Wood in a Boxster? Sure, why not. Plastic can be a bit overwhelming, sometimes.
As wood trim can be very tricky...my goal was to get "new" not "used" parts and get the rest done by a classic car restaurateur / wood specialist. Not cheap, but really not THAT expensive
So my wood trim is basically "brand new oem wood" and will age nicely all together, no fear of cracks, chips, etc...
Motto: Invest once (a bit more) , not twice.
