He is that age and can pick up his own sport bike if he tips it over. I swear this guy is mint. What's his secret? A balanced life. Eat healthy, do whatever activity you choose to stay fit and be happy. Lifting?? Oh yeah, when I tip over my 2004 r1150rt and no one is around to help.
