I'm a heretic. I was more than happy to dump the orange rear lenses and side markers.
And yes, I went LED. Both because I wanted the faster reaction of LED stop lights, but also because the smoked color works better with my car IMO. https://farm1.staticflickr.com/540/2...a081d52a_b.jpg https://farm1.staticflickr.com/531/1...beb5584c_b.jpg |
I have made my car my own. No Amber, LED's, iPad mini in the dash, sky breaker, TS muffler and other mods. I have kept the original parts if I or a subsequent owner would like to go back to stock, although I don't know why one would go back;) In the end, it is your car and it should make you happy, stock, or, not:cheers:

Your car's beautiful. When I was in the market, I diligently looked for that color (or ocean blue metallic) but had little luck. Ended up going with the grey which I like a lot too. But I still love the dark blues. Though I like it with grey, for some reason I think I might have gotten rid of the amber as well had I ended up with lapis or ocean blue. |
Thanks Frodo! I really like the Blues also, obviously, but the Seal Grey was on my list when I was looking, as was Black. I think the clear lights go well with the blue, much better than amber IMO.

Painted bumperettes like yours arent stock. I did the same to mine.
