CEL blinking

Day from hell. On my way to hospital ER at 3am last night and I run over a big piece of rubber. It makes a thump sound as I pass over it. Get released from hospital (just acid reflux turns out) and this CEL starts blinking after about 10 miles but goes away. Pull off the highway not the greatest neighborhood (cops with flashing lights all about ) and plug in the OBDII. No codes.
coolant level and temp seems fine. Nothing going on underneath. Oil level seem fine.

Should I put down to the rubber bumping the exhaust/02's?
