Fuel tank top quick connect leaks

Good day all! I've spent a while searching this and found similar issues but no resolution. 2002 Boxster. The fuel line maintains pressure at all times. There are two quick connect clips on top of the tank/sending unit (under the battery tray) One of these is always pressurized and leaks fuel into the well of the fuel tank's sending unit cover, resulting in fuel odor at all times.

So: can anyone tell me if I can replace the clip or replace the o-rings? Can I replace the line itself if the clip is permanently attached and if so where can I find a diagram? My Bentley manual is inadequate for this.

Thanks for your help

I'd dig the o ring out and find a replacement for it.
