I occasionally get a small squeak from engine at start and it last for about a few minutes. Any thoughts? Thank you.

i have no clue. its a subtle sound and most might not even notice it. high pitch sound though. but as mentioned, after a couple minutes its gone. maybe timing belts are just off?

I'd check the Secondary Air System pump.

Belt
Beginning WP failure
Beginning alternator failure
Belt pulley getting loose.

Any of these things will make noise then go away when warm.

+ a loose spark plug....

Belt slipping ?? I doubt it. Have you felt the pressure the tensioner exerts on the belt?

The Secondary air pump(SAP) runs at cold start for about 1-1/2 - 2 minutes (Sounds like small vacuum)
If your high pitch sound is during that and goes away when pump stops, indications are bearings in SAP are dry (They can be re-greased)

Obviously if the sound is not associated with SAP then check previous posters suggested components

I think I have the same issue, a kind of whistle for a few seconds at start-up...
Is it difficult to re-grease those bearings?

There is a write up some where. Not sure if it's this forum or another
It's not hard, the pump comes apart and the bearings are accessible.
I used a grease gun with a needle adapter. It is a bit difficult getting around the seals to get grease into the bearing but can be done

There are (3) rubber isolator fitting that attach the pump to the engine. I have one that tore so be careful removing and inspect.

I ordered 3 @ $ 9.70/each but was informed that only supplier now charged $27/each
Grainger sells for around $3-$4 each
