Headlight Lens - possible to clean or replace?

My headlights have a few brown spots, assumed to be burn spots from the halogen bulbs. Not exactly sure what bulbs are in there now, if they are at the suggested wattage or above (may have previously had headlight bulbs that ran too hot from previous owner).

I was going to remove the headlight bulbs and then try and get something (not exactly sure what) in there to see if I could clean the brown spots off.

Not sure if this is possible or not, or is it may even be possible to replace the lens itself (which I assume would then require opening the headlight assembly which then leads towards replacing the current halogens with bi-xenon projectors or more likely paying someone more equipped to do that kind of work).

Here is a pic of the lens now:

A certain somebody will be along shortly.

He takes the outer cover off and refurbishes them. Then, you can get Nine8Six's projectors.

+1.

Read through this thread -

You'll have to wait for Pelican to have the projectors in stock, but they are awesome. A cheap alternative would be to post a wanted ad for the clear inner lenses that are burned on yours - they get pulled when putting in Fred's projectors. There should be some floating around for near free. I was going to hang on to mine for a situation just like this (they were in great shape), but I broke too many of the tabs prying them out.
