I drive about 10 miles per day back and forth to work... probably 50 or so on the weekends. I fill up every 220 miles or so. So do the math.... What is it 14 gal per tank divided by 220 miles.. roughly 16 mpg around town.

I think the important question is how much are we spending per mile. 1 tank of super is 37.00 here in NJ divided by 220 miles for that tank = 16.81 cents per mile!

I wonder what our buddies in the Hummers are spending per mile....

down here (France) it's 1.30€/Liter... something around...4.50$ per gallon...
do you still think that's too expensive in the US ???
