code 70 solenoid valve

transmission(tiptronic) on drive slips/ there's delay on shifting to 4th-5th when shifting , code 70 ( solenoid valve) local shop said car needs transmission and torque rebuild.
* where is the solenoid valve located ? is it hard to replace this part?
please advise, Thanks
