you can make a cheap lumbar support using a blood pressure cuff. you just use the bulb to inflate or deflate to your preference. very easy to do and very comfortable.

I find sheepskin seat covers help a lot, I also have one of these, for some lumbar support: Universal Inflatable In Seat Lumbar Air Bladder and take your wallet out of your back pocket. Best!

I suffer the same problem and will probably end up trying this, although as you say it wont help with neck support.

I did this. Get the child-size cuff. It tucks in behind the seat panel perfectly, and I have the bulb sitting beside the handbrake
