Removing trim pieces - not too difficult

While I am preparing some interior upgrades (some parts are being "upgraded" by professionals --> OEM look), I thought I share some pics, how to access the trim pieces on the driver side.

2 small torx screws each, not "easy" but "okay" accessible for a medium sized hand holding a small torx screw driver.

2nd pic: only accessible from the left side...yeah, I tried the right side...nope sir not possible.
