I had identical issue up front. Ball joints. Spraying did not fix. 1-800 new control arm did.

My front left ball joint is creeking also, spraying hasn't helped me either. Going to get new arm fitted when it goes in for service.

Squeeky Ball joint. Fix it like this. Perhaps use a needle to inject WD40 to preserve the boot as a slit will open up after some time unless you reseal it.

Fix that squeeky joint

Yeah i tried the injection method using the white lithium grease, but with no success
