I don't *think* there are any solutions if you want to keep your oem steering wheel. the steering column is a threaded shaft, and the steering wheel attaches direct to it. a spacer wouldn't really work in this situation.

if you go to an aftermarket wheel it is possible, but you would lose the airbag. aftermarket wheels require a 'hub' that attaches to the threaded shaft on one side and has a relatively universal bolt pattern on the other for attaching momo, sparco, omp, etc., steering wheels. this arrangement tends to position the wheel closer to the driver. if you need it even closer, add a spacer (they are available for aftermarket wheel applications) or a steering wheel quick release (make sure you get one with horn functionality like nrg). I think there are different length hubs available as well.

Feeling so much better with a smaller wheel (I'm 6.2). Look & feels a tad more sporty as well

Lookup for Raid steering wheel for Porsche in the 320mm config. They aren't that expansive given they are the only aftermarket wheel equipped with a Porsche compatible airbag. Telescoping like OEM, no weird looking bellows, spacers, or anything. Mine has super duper up/down F1 paddles... makes the car go faster
