It was disconnected when I got into the engine and making the vacuum noise. I plugged it up and it got noticeably quieter but did not make a difference on engine idle. It has a cable sticking out of it as well. Please forgive the messy motor. This is the first time I've gotten into the motor and I'll be cleaning it up soon. Poor thing.
