GT3 Delete and Racing Seat

Here is the seat in the car. 3 weeks and loving it so far.

I am considering a seat change as well! Have the GT3 delete kit on the way. How do you like the sprint seat? The Spring and F200 are options I am considering. Is it reasonably easy to get in and out of the seat? Comfortable for 2-3 hour drives? Much trouble to get mounted - special kits, difficult DIY?
