As for the 996 no offense to those who have them but for me the early model 99-01 I just don't care for them. In my eyes 911 should have clean muscular lines specially the rear fenders. The 996 just don't have it. Early 996 is basically half Boxster and half 911. They practically share the same front half of the car. However, the 996 TT 2002 and up is one I'm keeping an eye on. They are much more forgiving to modify. Prices for these are falling as well. Specially the 2001's. |

I don't think TT prices are falling much though I have only been knowledgable on the topic since last January. 2001's sell for the least, but well maintained low mileage cars hold their values (in the 40's). The game is to try and find one that needs some work that you can get for a low price. It really depends the scope of the work and what the buyer is looking for in terms of condition.

996TT cars are in the 40K zone and seem too be holding really well .
