Bought my box in Colombia if that counts, considering the business program at U.S.C. So may end up in town.

Einherjar .... I know this is an old thread, but I came across after posting a thread inquiring about service in the area. I live in Columbia (work in Camden) and a recent owner of an 02 Boxster ready for a 60K service. Trying to avoid the $1800 oil change by the dealer!!! I've been surfing aftermarket shops (i.e. Sussex, Doc's, German Autowerks, etc...) but would like to get some advice from somebody who has experience with local shops. Do you recommend anybody locally?
Is the dealer service an inevitable evil I should face? I'm thinking of hitting the highlights (lube, filters, plugs, drive belt).... What are your thoughts??? Thanks!!!
