986 to 987 frontal conversion

hey folks ... last nite i saw a 986 (approached from the rear) .... looked pretty clean ... as i walked past the front .. it had converted its headlights to a 987 ... and using an aftermarket front bumper! (assuming its an aftermarket 987 front bumper).

i didnt have my phone with me .. so couldnt take a pic.....

but has anyone seen this done ??

it looked pretty good, i must say.
