Mount and balance

I've never really paid attention to the price breakdown when buying and installing tires. I called my local Porsche dealer and was quoted $119.95 to mount and balance my tires (purchased elsewhere) and $149 for four wheel alignment. Honestly, this seems surprisingly cheap. How do these prices match up for other areas?
This is the same dealer who, when I asked about an IMS bearing replacement without clutch or rear main, quoted me "3 or 4 thousand dollars". He couldn't explain the price difference there. I have since decided to ignore it.

Garage
Prices look good to me. I'd let them do it for that price.
