a/c blower not working

My a/c blower suddenly stopped working. I opened up the fuse box and suddenly it went on. Then after an hour it wont turn on again but my compressor turns on. Ive checked all fuses and they are all good. Please help.

Do you hear strange sounds coming from the dash? Sounding as through the speaker is picking some static signals (notwithstanding the entertainment system is switched off) then goes away? No air is coming out of the vents despite the blowers being set to max. After a while, the blower comes on and viola! The ac works. I'm experiencing this and am guessing that the blower is about to give.
