How to dismiss dashboard service warning message?
Usually you can dismiss the 'time for service' dashboard message with some combination of button pushing. Does anyone know what to press for the 2007 boxster? Thanks

There are only two known systems that can reset the service reminder, the dealer PIWIS, or the Durametric software system. I have heard rumors of a possible third system, but it costs over $11K and has not been confirmed.

Even for the service in 2 days warning? Our Touareg lets you scroll up and reset that.

I do not believe that you can reset or even delay the warning on a Porsche, it has to be cleared in the DME, which requires the diagnostic tool.

Don't know much about time for service light. But some lights like airbag light sometimes can be turned off without a diagnostic tool. For bmw, airbag light can be reset by reconnecting the sensor in the passenger seat, but not sure if that will work on porsche.
