Broken CV Joints
My CV joints are broken on the left axle. Boots are torn and the balls are gone. Porsche wants $945 for an axle and aftermarkets are $100 but I'm being told they are Chinese garbage and break in 3 months. I found a kit for $104 that replaces the inside joint at the trans. Are they any good ? What to do about the outside joint at the wheel ? What do you guys do to repair/replace the CV joints ? AFFORDABLE !
