Can I take a nap while I'm driving?

This may not be Porsche related, but we're all car guys.

Reading an article about all the fancy gadgets on new cars nowadays. They have adaptive cruise control which will pace your car to another if the clown in front of you is going 1/2 mph slower than you. It will pick up if you start drifting and can nudge you back into your lane. It can sense something stopped or slowed in front of you and will even apply the brakes for you.

Besides keeping an eye on how much fuel you have and not missing my exit, can I take a nap while I'm driving cross country?

Sure no problem. Just be sure to drink a six pack before

You would probably be more comfortable taking a nap in the passenger seat or even better the back seat if it's a bigger vehicle

I wonder how good the car would handle a slight curve? I imagine the "nudge" to put you back in your lane probably is not enough to keep you in your lane on a curve.

Guess I'll have to wait for the Google car, or Porsche's equivalent.
